Meal Idea: Wraps

Healthy and nutritious doesn’t have to be blah and boring! You can still have tasty and filling meals that are also full of all of the nutrients you need to give you fantastic energy throughout the day. My wrap ideas are also great for FAMILY meals. As a mother of 5 kiddos I know that there is no time to make yourself a separate meal from what you feed your family. Now you can get your whole family eating healthy along with you!

Wrap Ideas

I like to use the carb balance tortillas. The big ones are 200 calories, BUT they have 21 grams of FIBER!! Woo-hoo! They have 5 grams of fat, 10 grams of carbs and 8 grams of protein. Overall, a really good choice!

#1: Ground Turkey, Chopped Tomatoes, Shredded Lettuce, Chopped Onion, Sliced Olives, Salsa

#2: Chicken Breast, Spinach, Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Red Onion, Feta Fat Free Mayo

#3: Lean Ham & Low Fat Cheddar (this one is good warmed up too)

#4: Shredded Chicken Breast, Low Carb BBQ Sauce, Caramelized Onion, Cilantro (chopped)

#5: Shredded Chicken Breast, Grilled Onion, Shredded Cabbage, Low Fat Ranch Dressing

#6: Turkey Bacon, Tomatoes, Avocado, Romaine Lettuce, Fat Free Mayo

#7: Turkey Breast, Apple Slices, Low Fat Cheddar

#8: Turkey Breast, Shredded Carrots, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro, Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce

2 Tbs. Peanut Butter

1 Tbs. Teriyaki Sauce

1 tsp. Sesame Oil

Blend all ingredients in a small bowl. Will make two-three servings

#9 Turkey/Chicken, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Spinach, Honey Mustard

#10 Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese, Fat Free Cesar Dressing, Sliced Olives
