Breakfast Idea–Oatmeal

I need healthy and nutritious breakfasts that will give me tons of energy for my morning AND be quite fast to fix. A tall order, huh? Oatmeal really is the way to go if you want to fulfill all of these goals. If you have never been an oatmeal person, give it another try with some of my ideas.

1 cup Oatmeal (prepared)

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

1-2 Tbs. All Natural Peanut Butter

1 cup Oatmeal

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup of Craisins

1/2 Apple, Chopped

Cinnamon

1 cup Oatmeal (prepared)

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup Berries of any kind

These oatmeal recipes are so delicious. Here is another tip to help you with this. I start my day at 5 am to meet my clients, so I have to be very prepared in the morning and set myself up for success. I actually will put together a few days’ worth of these oatmeal recipes so I can just quickly heat them up in the microwave. Grab yourself some tupperware and put together a few days’ worth!
