Fast Fixes


Here are some of my personal favorite “Fast Fixes” for one of those abnormally crazy days (yeah right, every day is like that huh?). Don’t skip meals! Don’t let yourself feel sluggish when you can take 30 seconds and grab one of my fast fixes. Use these as great snack ideas too.

  • Cottage Cheese and 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • Yogurt with 1/2 cup of granola or 17 almonds or 1/2 cup of fiber one
  • Low Fat String Cheese
  • Apple, Banana, Peach, Pear or Fruit of Choice
