Warning Signs of Cancer

You know the routine of checking your e-mail. You sign in and go to your inbox only to discover that in the last 3 hours you have received 2,346 new messages and 96% of them are spam. You  now have the not-so-happy task of sorting through them to find the “good ones”, because you never know, one of them might actually have some good information in it or be from someone you  know. Well, while going through my inbox yesterday I came across one that did indeed have some helpful information inside.

We all have  dear old Mom and Dad to thank for our genetics,  just as they did before  we came along. Everybody has something “in their blood” that they are prone to more than another. My  genetics happen to include a myriad of health issues, on both my maternal and paternal  side of the family, each  fighting for the right to take me out of the game. Cancer happens to be one of them. This article really hit home with me. You know what they say, “Better safe than sorry” and “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.
