Family Nutrition

Okay let’s face it. When it comes to losing weight and improving health, nutrition is KEY.  What you fuel your body with is SO important. One of the comments I hear quite frequently is, “Laura, I want to lose weight, but I don’t want to have to make two meals.  I don’t want to cook one thing for my family and something else for me.”  My immediate reaction is, “Then don’t.  If a food is not good for you, it is not good for your family either. On the other hand, if a food is good for you, it is good for them too!  Why would you not want the people you love most to be healthy right along side you?”  That being said, when I saw this video, I applauded the advice given, and decided to share it with you.
