Recently I was researching a topic for a client of mine and happened across this cartoon. As I read it, I laughed right out loud and knew I wanted to share it with all of you! So many people out there are looking for a magic potion, lotion or pill (phen-fen, hCG injections/pills, cellulite cremes and fat burners are all good examples) when all it really takes is good old fashioned exercise, eating a balanced diet and not giving up! So stick with it, you’re doing great!
