Today’s The Day

No Limits starts today! I am beyond excited…is it 6:00 pm yet? How about now?

We have a good group that has come together for our first class! Tonight they will all be measured, weighed and have their body fat composition recorded. I’ll be throwing some of the highlights up on my website so you can cheer them all on. I’ll also be  posting pics  as well so you can see how amazing they all do along the way. Have I mentioned that I’m super excited about this class yet?
