Now that we are here in Kearney, things are slowly but surely beginning to get back to “normal”. By “normal” I simply mean that we are starting to get back in a routine. Hallelujah! We went over to the YMCA on Saturday and signed up for a membership, so that was good. I had my first workout in about a month; I’m sure you’ll all be thrilled to know that YES, I’M SORE! ~ I kick my own butt too;) ~
Even though I am definitely feeling the repercussions of my workout on Saturday, I have to say that it feels SO GOOD! Not only did the workout itself feel good, but the soreness does too I was excited that I hadn’t lost as much strength as I was afraid I had. I’m only down 25 pounds on my lat pull, not bad!
It has been a lot harder on me that I originally thought it would be to pick up and “leave it all” per say. I’ve heard from several of you, and for that I am grateful. It’s so good to know that I am missed as much as I miss all of you
Beginning next week, my posts will get back to “normal”.
