Through exercise and proper nutrition I lost 190 lbs and became passionate about exercise, nutrition and healthy living. I was so passionate that I went to school and became an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. I now have clients all around the state of Utah and followers from all around the country reading my blog.

I am uniquely positioned over other personal trainers because, on a personal level, I understand the challenges that face you when trying to lose weight.
