Snack Idea: Banana Popsicles
Boy, do the kiddos love these. And so do us adults!
Ingredients:
3 bananas
5 popsicle sticks
1/4 c. all natural peanut butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts, granola, rice krispies or sunflower seeds
Directions:
Peel the bananas. Cut them in half, width-wise, and push the popsicle stick through the cut end of each half. Spread the peanut butter on the bananas, and then roll them in the nuts, cereal or seeds. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze for three hours.
